• This Manual provides an overview of how to use the HOT Recharge Systems that have been developed specifically for Homelink. This is primarily the sale of prepaid cellular airtime direct to the public by tellers, most often as change.
• The main Credit amount is held by a central branch.
• The central branch transfers credit to other branches to enable them to sell airtime.
• Each branch is controlled by the branch manager, who adds and deletes tellers to his branch.
• Each teller sells from their branch balance and reconciles at day end with the manager.
